ShopGlider Recipe
Fatush Salad
Qty/UnitProduct
1 loaf focaccia (can use pita bread as well)
3 tomatoes, chopped very small
5 - 6 cucumbers, chopped very small
1 lettuce heart, shredded
2 - 3 garlic cloves, shredded
20 fresh mint leaves
1 bunch of parsley, chopped
1/4 bunch of tarragon, chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sumac
2 tbsp of olive oil
  1. Cut the bread into small pieces (1-1.5 inches), sprinkle with cold water and bake for 10 min until dry
  2. Please the bread in a salad bowl
  3. Pile all the vegetables and the herbs over the bread
  4. Mix lemon juice, sumac, salt and oil
  5. Pour over fatush and toss
